| When Bowie uttered the immortal words "not only is it the last show of this tour but it's the last show we'll ever do" in London in 1973,the fans were in a frenzy, they were relieved but still a bit sad to find out later that it was The Spiders From Mars he was talking about,Bowie moved on to a number of different incarnations, probably the most famous being The Thin White Duke, his tours in the 80's were spectacular affairs though the Glass Spider tour was not given great reviews by the critics, what the hell do critics know though eh?His last tour The Reality tour was fantastic,he even played different sets at different venues, the Gig in my home city Glasgow in 2003 had just about every song you could ever want...The Man Who Sold The World,Five Years,Starman,Life On Mars & Ziggy Stardust to name but a few, unfortunately he took ill not long after that tour and has not toured or recorded an album since,I hope that one day soon he'll feel up giving us all another chapter in his amazing story. | |

| I agree, it was an amazing tour, and very sad when he said that. I was glad that he came back, and although not as Ziggy, he was still excelent in his new tours. I have all of his tours on DVD, they are all different in good ways, and are always great to watch and watch again. | |

| If I was alive back then and he said that I would be devastated. But seeing the whole show on DVD was amazing! | |
