Heard any good covers?

I always cringe a little when I hear the words 'David Bowie' and 'covers' in the same sentance but surprisingly there are some good ones out there, what songs have you head that do the original justice?

For me I actually prefer Nirvana's 'Man Who Sold The World' on the Unplugged album, though I don't deny the original is great. But my favourite is 'Teenage Wildlife' by Ash - they totally nail it.

They are the only two decent attemps I can think of, I'm sure some of you have heard some competent efforts yourselves.

But if ANY of you say X-Factor's Heroes I will hunt you down and I will shoot you.

This CD that came free with the Uncut Magazine some time in 2008 had several good covers.

I also like the tribute band Ultimate Bowie who do a killer version of Station to Station (the song).

I also like Brian Molko's cover of Five Years (on some French talkshow), but I know many people hate that one.

I HAVE done versions of some David Bowie material.
They were recorded in my modest home studio and I am playing all the instruments and doing all the vocals.
