K-Pop (Korean Pop)

What do you all think about K-Pop? It's all over the news nowadays here in Korea, that K-Pop is becoming more and more popular in America and Europe.... Personally I don't take it seriously as music, though it's my own country's music. It's based on more appearance and performance and flashy dance moves than the music itself, and the lyrics are all the same, the melody and beat is all the same, it's... well, tiring. On the news I've seen a flash mob in England with hundreds of people asking for Korean idol bands on tour.... None other than the birthplace of David Bowie, it made me kind of sad.

I had a friend who likes K-pop. x)

But honestly, i don't know anything about K-pop...
